Directions

From Albuquerque, Take I-40 east to Tijeras/337 south (Exit #175). Take 337 south until you reach the top of the hill, approximately 9 miles. Then turn left at the National Forest sign (Oak Flat Rd) and take a left into the Oak Flat campground area. This drive takes approximately 30 minutes from Albuquerque I-25/I-40 interchange.

Parking

Please park in the Oak Flat campground parking lot spaces, not on Oak Flat road or the side of the road leading up to the parking lot. There are many spaces in the campground…please use them! Parking anywhere else at the campground is prohibited by the forest service and subject to towing.

Prize List

$500 among top 3 placings in 4 events

  • A: $100, 50, 20
  • E: $100, 50, 20
  • B: $40, 25, 15
  • M: $40, 25, 15

Other considerations

Course is on open roads, please exercise caution, especially when making the left turn onto Gonzales Rd (see map). There are 2 men’s and women’s restrooms, but no water at the campground. Water and refreshments will be provided after the race, but don’t expect to fill up your 3 water bottles before the race. This is beautiful national forest so please pick up your trash and water bottles.
